Personal & Professional Support

The mental health industry is a complex space to navigate, not just for community members and people needing personal support, but also for providers with their own personal and professional needs. We work with people on both ends of the continuum.

For community members with personal concerns, we develop individualized plans for navigating grief, anxiety, stress, instability, overthinking, and relationship challenges. Plans may involve both direct support as well as connections to community resources, support groups, and our trusted network of psychiatrists, psychologists, and marriage & family therapists.

For our professional network of mental heath providers, most of whom work in private and group practice, we provide support with professional issues including case consultation and management, marketing, and practice development. For small to mid-sized businesses and university counseling centers, we provide educational seminars, workshops, and group consultations.

Important Notes

Concierge Mental Health was founded Dr. Anna Yu Lee, a public health specialist, educator, and mental health consultant, not a clinical or counseling therapist. Dr. Yu Lee personally works with a highly limited number of clients, primarily female-identifying students and working professionals aged 18-38. Concierge Mental Health (CMH) is operated out of pet-friendly spaces, and is unable to accommodate people with aversions or allergies to animals of any species or temperaments. Per cultural and sanitation-related reasons, all in-person clients and guests are kindly asked to remove shoes upon arrival at any CMH-designated office spaces.
