Anna Yu Lee, PhD, MPH

Hi, I’m Anna. I created Concierge Mental Health to connect my community to high-quality, evidence-based, interdisciplinary mental health services and resources that draw from the fields of medicine, psychology, philosophy, and theology. My interests in these subjects has been developed over a decades-long search for answers to life’s endless challenges: physical and psychological illness, complex grief, trauma, relational struggles, and the existential need to find meaning in a world full of suffering, loss, and conflict. Over the years I’ve found insights from the annals of philosophy, theology, psychology, and multicultural history.

I am a mental health consultant, not a therapist. In my practice I provide services to people experiencing a wide range of personal and professional problems in many cases working with them to find the right psychiatrist, therapist, mental health resource, community, group, or personal outlet for their individual situation and needs. I enjoy working with all adults, and in particular, medical and graduate students, working professionals in the STEM fields, and retired people living with grief, loss, disability, and/or the desire for existential meaning, purpose, and expression.
